Q - How much does it cost?
A - Prices are as follows;

Q - I have booked for 2 people, can I turn up with more people?
A - Yes, you may bring between 2-7 players and pay any additional amount when you arrive.
Q - Is there an age restriction?
A - We recommend that only children ten years old and upwards play due to the complexity of the puzzles. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. With 14 to 16-year-olds, an adult must stay on site. With 10 to 14-year-olds, we require an adult to be in the room while they play.
Q - How many can you accommodate?
Q - Corporate Bookings?
A - With two games we can accommodate a maximum of 14 players at a time (2 x 7). Corporate bookings receive a discount of 10%.

Q - What is a Breakout game?
A - Breakout games are becoming a popular attraction in the UK. There are over 300 in the UK alone. In teams of 2-7 you must find the clues, solve the puzzles and work together in a real life experience and escape out of a locked room/rooms in 60 minutes.
Q - What happens if we don’t escape?
A - If at first you don’t succeed - try and try again?
Q - What time should my group arrive?
A – Please arrive five to ten minutes before your allotted time.
Q - Are tickets refundable?
A - All sales are final. Given enough warning we will be more than happy to re-arrange your game.
Q - How many players can play?
A - Minimum of 2 players and maximum of 7.
Q - Are we allowed to take mobile phones in?
A - Yes, but don’t spoil the game for yourself or anyone else. Google will not be your friend!
Q - Can we turn up and play?
A - We recommend that you use our online booking system in advance to avoid disappointment.
Q - What should I wear?
A - Anything you want (within reason!). We recommend movable clothing and shoes.
Q - Where can I park?
A - There are numerous pay and display car parks nearby. The nearest car park is the NCP Swansea Kingsway SA1 5JQ.
